In the following project, I enhanced user activation for ZnanyLekarz.pl, a web app. I defined the key user activation moment, conducted thorough research to understand current challenges, and identified barriers in the user journey. By creating wireframes and two UI screens, I proposed streamlined solutions, ensuring they aligned with the app's existing design. This project, completed within a 5-day timeframe, showcased my ability to balance research, problem-solving, and practical design implementation.

According to use testing, was met by all participants. Nevertheless, there is a high possibility of drop of when asked for personal ID number, insufficient filtering, missing calendar and lack of the wow effect of the whole platform. That is why, , increasing the user activation rate on the ZnanyLekarz.pl platform requires a multifaceted approach that includes improving the first user experiences, simplifying the onboarding process, and actively engaging users on the platform. We decided to mix 2 enhancing user activation strategies:
Streamlining Onboarding Process
Increasing User Values
Streamlining the onboarding process involves creating simple and intuitive step-by-step guides that walk new users through the platform's key features. Interactive tutorials can demonstrate how to register, search for a doctor, book an appointment, and more. Additionally, personalizing initial welcome messages based on information collected during registration can make users feel special and understood.
Increasing user value can be achieved by expanding the range of services to include additional medical or health-related offerings that may interest users. While users weren't particularly interested in health articles, they did express support for maintaining daily health, suggesting that adding more educational content such as health guides could encourage regular use of the platform.

All pain points and ideations gave me a picture of a personalized dashboard which user will create through onboarding. The extended wireframes include a personalized onboarding process consisting of three steps: connecting to external health apps and accounts, uploading medical documentation, and completing a personal questionnaire. This process aims to provide the best-tailored recommendations and make the dashboard personalized for each user.
Things which I briefly marked in the flow, is a tailored filter and search feature. This includes a quiz to match them with the perfect doctor based on their needs. Ensuring that doctors are not buying reviews and maintaining legitimacy is also crucial. Additionally, a health assistant will help users by informing them about new features, medicine compatibility, symptom checkers, and a health catalog. This assistant will communicate in an empathetic tone, providing very descriptive and supportive information. A personalized dashboard will enhance the user experience by allowing document storage in one place and enabling users to share documents with a doctor with one click.

next steps
As I mentioned before, according to external and internal research, increasing the user activation rate on the ZnanyLekarz.pl platform requires a multifaceted approach. Here are some other strategies, which we did not cover yet and should be also considered:
Active User Engagement
Loyalty Programs: introduce loyalty programs that reward users for regular use of the platform and for recommending it to others.
Collecting and Analyzing Feedback
Surveys and Opinions: regularly collect feedback from users about their experiences and implement improvements based on input.
A/B Testing: conduct A/B tests of different platform elements to determine which ones best influence user activation.
Metrics and Data Analysis
Monitoring Key Metrics: Track indicators such as the number of registered users, onboarding completion rate, number of booked appointments, and user activity over time.
User Segmentation: Analyze data to understand different user segments and tailor activation strategies to their specific needs.
Marketing Engagement:
E-mail Marketing: Use targeted email campaigns to inform users about new features, promotions, and health tips.
Social Media Engagement: Actively engage with users on social media platforms to increase awareness and drive traffic to the site.
